If the size is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement at no cost. However, if the mistake is due to the measurements you provided, an exchange can still be requested, but a $25 shipping fee will apply. For quicker delivery, we offer rush processing for an additional $25, ensuring your order is processed within 2 days and delivered in 7–9 days. To maintain the quality of your kilt, we recommend dry cleaning for wool varieties. Cotton or polyester can be gently hand-washed. Refunds are only offered if the products are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.
