To measure correctly for kilts, you’ll need three key measurements: waist, hips and kilt length. Measure your waist at your navel, your hips at the widest part, and the length from the navel to the middle of your knee. Stand upright to get the most accurate results.

If the sizing issue is due to our mistake, we will replace the kilt free of charge. However, if the error is due to incorrect measurements provided, you can still request an exchange, but a $25 shipping fee applies. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

The usual delivery time for made-to-measure kilts is 12–17 days, depending on your location and order complexity. If you need it sooner, we offer a rush service for an additional $25, ensuring processing within 2 days and delivery in 7–9 days. Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you receive a defective product, notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After this period, refunds cannot be processed, but you may request a replacement. Refund or replacement requests will not be accepted after 30 days.
