What happens if my kilt doesn’t fit?

If the size issue is due to an error on our end, we’ll replace it at no extra charge. If the sizing issue is based on the measurements you provided, we can still arrange an exchange, though a $25 shipping fee will apply. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your kilt.

Custom kilts usually take 12 to 17 days for delivery, depending on your location and the order's complexity. If you need it sooner, we offer a rush option for $25—your order will be processed in 2 days and delivered within 7–9 days. Every kilt is made with care and precision.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are only offered for damaged or faulty products. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a full refund.
