If you need it sooner, rush processing is available for an extra $25—this speeds up production to 2 days, with delivery in 7 to 9 days. Refunds are available only for all items that arrive damaged or faulty. If there’s an issue, notify us within 5 days of delivery to request a full refund. After 5 days, we can offer a replacement instead. No refund or replacement can be processed after 30 days. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
