To get a perfect fit, you need to measure five areas in your body: neck, shoulder, chest, length and waist. Measure your neck just below the Adam’s apple. For shoulders, measure from one sleeve joint to the other. Chest is around the fullest part. Length goes from the base of the neck down the back. Waist is around your navel, snug but comfortable.

If the size is incorrect due to our error, we’ll replace it free of charge. If the sizing issue is from the measurements you provided, you can still request an exchange, but a $25 shipping fee applies. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty or damaged. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After 5 days, refunds won’t be processed, but you can still request a replacement for up to 30 days. Refund or replacement requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
