For quicker service, we offer rush processing for an extra $25, which ensures your order is processed within 2 days and arrives in 7–9 days. To keep your kilts in good condition, dry cleaning is advised for wool items, while cotton or polyester pieces can be gently hand-washed. Store your garments in a cool, dry place and regularly brush woollen pieces to clear dust. Iron using a low heat setting with a pressing cloth – avoid placing the iron directly on pleats.

Refunds are only issued if the products are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective item, let us know within 5 days of receipt to receive a full refund. After 5 days, refunds will not be available, though you may request a replacement. Requests for a refund or replacement will not be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us straight away for help.
