Refunds are only issued if the products are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective item, let us know within 5 days of receipt to receive a full refund. After 5 days, refunds will not be available, though you may request a replacement. Requests for a refund or replacement will not be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us straight away for help.
