To keep your kilt in the best condition, we recommend dry cleaning for wool varieties. Cotton or polyester kilts can be gently hand-washed. Store your kilt in a cool, dry place and regularly brush woollen fabrics to remove dust. Use a pressing cloth and low heat when ironing, avoiding direct contact with the pleats.

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty product, notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After this period, refunds will no longer be available, but you can still request a replacement. Refund and replacement requests will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
