If the sizing issue is due to our error, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. If the error comes from incorrect measurements provided by you, you may still request an exchange, though a $25 postage charge will apply. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

The typical turnaround time for custom kilts is 12–17 days, depending on your location and the complexity of the request. If you need your order more urgently, we offer a rush service for an extra $25, which means it will be prepared in 2 days and delivered within 7–9 days. Each item is carefully crafted for high quality and an accurate fit.

To preserve the quality of your fashion kilt, we recommend dry cleaning for wool items, while cotton and polyester can be gently washed by hand. Store them in a cool, dry environment and brush woollen fabrics regularly to keep them fresh. Use a low-heat iron with a pressing cloth—never iron pleats directly.

Refunds are issued only for faulty or damaged items. If your item is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it to obtain a full refund. After this time, a refund won’t be possible, but a replacement can still be arranged. We are unable to accept any refund or replacement requests after 30 days.
