To measure sizing for any kilt, you will need to take three key measurements: waist, hips, and kilt length. Measure your waist at the navel, your hips at the widest point, and the length from the navel to the middle of your knee. Make sure you stand up straight to ensure accurate measurements.

If the order size is incorrect due to our error, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the mistake is due to the measurements you provided, you can still request an exchange, but a $25 delivery fee will apply. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

The normal delivery time for custom kilts is 12–17 days, depending on factors such as location and the complexity of the order. For a quicker service, we offer rush processing for an additional $25, which ensures that your order is processed within 2 days and delivered within 7–9 days. To maintain the quality of your kilt, we recommend dry cleaning for woolen items, while cotton or polyester kilts can be gently hand-washed. Store your kilt in a cool, dry place and brush woollen items regularly to remove dust. Iron on a low heat using a pressing cloth and avoid direct ironing on pleats.

Refunds are only granted if the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please inform us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will not be processed after 5 days, but you can request a replacement. Refund or replacement requests are not accepted after 30 days. Contact us immediately for further assistance.
