If the sizing issue is due to an error on our end, we’ll replace the kilt free of charge. If the measurements you provided were incorrect, an exchange is still possible, but there will be a $25 shipping fee. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your kilt to arrange the exchange.

You can choose our express option for an extra $25—your order will be processed within 2 days and arrive in 7–9 days. Each kilt is made with great care for comfort and quality.

To keep your outfit in excellent condition, dry-clean wool materials. For cotton or polyester kilts, hand wash gently. Store your garments in a cool, dry place, and use a soft brush on wool to keep it looking fresh. Use a low heat setting when ironing and place a cloth over pleats to protect them.

Refunds are available only if the item is faulty or arrives damaged. Let us know within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After that, only replacements can be requested within 30 days. We’re unable to process any claims after 30 days, so please get in touch as soon as possible.
